1 cup VITAPRO BEEF 1 cup BOILING WATER 1 cup TOMATO JUICE 2 cups CRUSHED TOMATO 1 cup RICE (UNCOOKED) 1/4 cup GREEN PEPPER (CHOPPED) 1/4 cup ONION (CHOPPED) 1/4 cup MUSHROOM (QUARTERS) 1/8 tsp CHILI POWDER SALT & PEPPER to taste |
1. Cook the VITAPRO BEEF in boiling water and tomato juice. 2. Add onion, green pepper, mushroom and chili powder. Cook for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and add crushed tomato and rice. 3. Simmer on low flame for 60 minutes. |
