1 1/2 cups VITAPRO BEEF 3 cups BOILING WATER WHITE ROUX 2 tbsp BUTTER 2 tbsp ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 2 tbsp EVAPORATED MILK 1 cup WATER SALT & PEPPER to taste |
1. Cook the VITAPRO BEEF according to instructions. 2. In another pan, cook the white roux by melting the butter on low flame, add flour, water and evaporated milk. Cook on low flame while stirring gently. 3. Add white roux to the VITAPRO BEEF and simmer on low flame for approximately 15 minutes. |
