CABBAGE ROLLS


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

1 cup VITAPRO BEEF
2 cups BOILING WATER
17.63 oz GROUND PORK
1.41 oz SHALLOTS (CHOPPED)
2.11oz BREAD CRUMBS
2.11 oz RICE (UNCOOKED)
1 EGG YOLK
16.90 fl. oz TOMATO JUICE
8.45 fl. oz CRUSHED TOMATO
20 CABBAGE LEAVES (BLANCHED)
SALT & PEPPER to taste
1.	Cook the VITAPRO BEEF according
to instructions and refrigerate.
2. In a large bowl, add cold VITAPRO
BEEF, ground pork, shallots, rice,
bread crumbs and egg yolk. Mix well
manually.
3. Fill cabbage leaves with mixture and
roll tightly. Secure with tooth picks.
4. Place cabbage rolls in an oven safe
dish. Cover with crushed tomatoes
and tomato juice.
5. Bake covered in a 375°F oven for 90
minutes.

Yield: 20 x 2.11 oz cabbage rolls
