3 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN 6 cups BOILING WATER 2.11 oz GREEN PEPPER (DICED) 4.23 oz CELERY (DICED) 9 tbsp MAYONNAISE 3 tsp RELISH TABASCO SAUCE to taste SALT & PEPPER to taste

1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN according to instructions.
2. Drain VITAPRO of all excess cooking liquids.
3. Rinse VITAPRO and vegetables with cold water to freshen. Drain excess water.
4. Incorporate remaining ingredients and mix by hand thoroughly. Chill.
5. Serve on kaiser roll, pita bread or baguette.
