2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
4 cups BOILING WATER
2/3 cup COOKED HAM (JULIENNE)
2/3 cup MUSHROOM (QUARTERED)
1 1/2 tbsp CHICKEN BASE
3 cups MILK (2%)
1/4 cup ROUX
SALT & PEPPER to taste

1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN
according to instructions.
Remove cooking liquids and set
aside.
2. Heat milk with chicken base. Add
the cooking liquids and
incorporate the roux. Bring to a
boil. reduce heat and simmer 10
minutes.
3. Add the VITAPRO CHICKEN and
the vegetables. Simmer 5
minutes.
4. Serve on a bed of noodles.
