CHICKEN POT PIE


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

1 1/2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
3 cups  BOILING WATER
2 cups  MASHED POTATOES
1/3 cup ONION (CHOPPED)
2 cups  ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
3 tbsp BUTTER
2 thin LAYERS PASTRY DOUGH
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN 
according to instructions.

2. Add flour to cooked VITAPRO 
CHICKEN and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Sauté onions in butter. Add
mashed potatoes and VITAPRO 
mixture. Mix well with a spatula.

4. Place mixture between two layers 
of pastry. Bake in a 375 F oven 45 
to 60 minutes.


Yield: 8 to 10 people
