CHICKEN, BROCCOLI & CHEDDAR
CHEESE CASSEROLE


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
4 cups BOILING WATER
10.58 oz LARGE BROCCOLI HEADS (BLANCHED)
3 cups MILK (2%)
1 cup GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/4 cup ROUX
1 1/2 tblsps CHICKEN BASE
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN 
according to instructions. Drain 
excess cooking liquids and set 
aside.

2. Heat milk and chicken base. To this 
mixture add cooking liquid and 
roux. Bring to a boil while stirring. 
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3. In an oven safe dish, place cooked 
VITAPRO CHICKEN and broccoli on 
bottom. Cover with sauce and 
sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

4. Bake in a 325 F oven for 35 
minutes.
