CHICKEN RISOTTO


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

1 1/2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
3 cups WATER
1 1/4 cups MILK (2%)
1 1/4 cups RICE (UNCOOKED)
1/2 cup FROZEN PEAS
1/4 cups MUSHROOM (QUARTERS)
1/3 cup ONION (CHOPPED)
1/4 cup GREEN PEPPER (CHOPPED)
1/3 cup GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
2 tbsp CHICKEN BASE
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Fry mushrooms, onions and green 
pepper in a bit of oil.

2. Add rice and cook gently while stirring.

3. Add peas, VITAPRO CHICKEN, chicken 
base, water and milk.  Cover and cook in  
425 F oven for 20 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with cheese and cook 
uncovered in the oven for another 10 
minutes.
