1 1/2 cups VITAPRO BEEF 3 cups BOILING WATER 26.45 oz GROUND PORK 2.11 oz SHALLOTS (CHOPPED) 2 EGG YOLKS 5.29 oz BREAD CRUMBS 0.26 gallons HONEY & GARLIC SAUCE SALT & PEPPER to taste

1. Cook the VITAPRO
BEEF to instructions. Refrigerate.
2. In a large bowl, add the ground pork, chopped shallots, bread crumbs
and egg yolks to the cool VITAPRO BEEF. Mix thoroughly by hand.
3. Form mixture into small meatballs.
4. Roll meatballs in flour and fry.
5. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350°F oven.
6. Finish cooking meatballs in the honey & garlic sauce which reached
its boiling point 15 minutes ago and is slowly simmering.
