SALISBURY STEAK


Ingredients Cooking Instructions
1 cup VITAPRO BEEF
2 cups BOILING WATER
17.63 oz GROUND BEEF
2.64 oz ONION (CHOPPED)
3.52 oz GREEN PEPPER (CHOPPED)
7.05 oz BREAD CRUMBS
1 WHOLE EGG (BEATEN)
1 tsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1/2 tsp CELERY SALT
1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER


 
1. Cook the VITAPRO BEEF
according to instructions and
refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
with chilled VITAPRO BEEF by
hand.
3. Form patties (4 in. x 1 in. thick).
4. Fry on both sides. Finish cooking
in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.

Yield: 10 x 5.30 oz servings
