PASTA & CHICKEN SALAD


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
4 cups BOILING WATER
2 cups MACARONI
1 tbsp RED PEPPER (DICED)
1/4 cup GREEN PEPPER (DICED)
1/4 cup CELERY (DICED)
1 tbsp  SHALLOTS (CHOPPED)
1 1/2 cups of MAYONNAISE
1 cup of "GOLDEN ITALIAN" DRESSING
TABASCO SAUCE to taste
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN 
according to instructions.

2. Drain VITAPRO of all excess 
cooking liquids.

3. Rinse VITAPRO and vegetables 
with cold water to freshen. Drain 
excess water.

4. Cook pasta and rinse under cold 
water.

5. Combine ingredients and mix 
thoroughly. Chill.
