GERMAN SALAD


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

2 cups VITAPRO BEEF
4 cups BOILING WATER
1/3 cup RED PEPPER (DICED)
1 cup   GREEN PEPPER (DICED)
3/4 cup TOMATO (DICED)
1 cup   CUCUMBER (DICED)
3/4 cup CELERY (DICED)
1/2 cup ONION (DICED)
12.68 fl. oz "GOLDEN ITALIAN" DRESSING
TABASCO SAUCE to taste
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO BEEF according 
to instructions.

2. Drain VITAPRO of all excess 
cooking liquids.

3. Rinse VITAPRO with cold water to 
freshen. Drain excess water.

4. Add chopped vegetables to the 
VITAPRO BEEF.

5. Add salad dressing. Chill.
