BEEF & BARLEY SOUP


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

1 cups VITAPRO BEEF
2 cups BOILING WATER
12 cups  WATER
1 cup    BARLEY
1/2 cup  CARROT (DICED)
1/2 cup  POTATO (DICED)
1/3 cup  ONION (CHOPPED)
1/4 cup  CELERY (CHOPPED
3 tbsp BEEF BASE
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO BEEF according 
to instructions.

2. Add 0.79 gallons of water, barley 
and beef base.  Cook on low flame 
for 90 minutes.

3. Add all vegetables and simmer for 
another 20 minutes.
