CREAM OF POULTRY


Ingredients Cooking Instructions

1/2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN
1 cup BOILING WATER
1/4 cup CELERY (Diced)
1/4 cup TURNIP (Diced)
1/4 cup CARROT (Diced)
4 cups  WATER
2 cups  MILK (2%)
1/2 cup ROUX
3 tbsp CHICKEN BASE
SALT & PEPPER to taste



1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN 
according to instructions.

2. Warm up the milk.

3. To the cooked VITAPRO CHICKEN, 
add water, warm milk, chicken base 
and roux, mix well. Bring to a boil 
while stirring constantly and 
simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add all the vegetables and simmer 
for another 10 minutes. 


Yield: 10 x 5 fl. oz servings
