1/2 cups VITAPRO CHICKEN 1 cup BOILING WATER 1/4 cup CELERY (Diced) 1/4 cup TURNIP (Diced) 1/4 cup CARROT (Diced) 4 cups WATER 2 cups MILK (2%) 1/2 cup ROUX 3 tbsp CHICKEN BASE SALT & PEPPER to taste |
1. Cook the VITAPRO CHICKEN according to instructions. 2. Warm up the milk. 3. To the cooked VITAPRO CHICKEN, add water, warm milk, chicken base and roux, mix well. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add all the vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes. |
